Installment Plan Policy
 

We now offer our customers the opportunity to purchase our hi-quality, professional grade equipment on an installment basis . (This is unheard of in our business!)

You may now rent, lease or purchase on an installment plan state-of-the-art video surveillance equipment for parents, guardians and employers wishing to monitor the interaction between their caregivers, children and employees. We use absolutely undetectable cameras and recorders as seen through out our website.

For Nationwide customers we ship you all the equipment, detailed instructions and provide you with a toll free 24 hour tech support line. All our systems are plug and play.

* The purchase price including taxes and shipping shall be broken down into 4 equal installments This is the maximum period available.

* The first installment payment is due (payable on the first or fifteenth of every month) on the date the product is received by the purchaser. (Verifiable thru the shipping company signature confirmation)

* The installment plan ends on the date the purchaser makes the final payment. The final payment can be made before and not after the agreed payment (or 4th month) payment schedule.

* A 25% late fee will be charged (based on the retail value of the equipment) for each additional day product is held beyond agreed payment (or 4th month) payment schedule.

* Violation of any of the stated terms and conditions will result in a charge for the full retail price of the equipment plus all installments.

* Alternate installment plans are available at terms and prices agreed to by us.

A security deposit is required which covers the full price of the equipment. This is adjusted after the final payment is made. Late fees will be deducted from this deposit and the balance refunded after the final installment is made.

The Client pays for shipping and handling and any applicable taxes which are prorated amongst the various installments . This installment plan and/or associated equipment cannot be transferred or assigned in any manner.

Upon our approval and your own needs we can even have the equipment in your hands in 24 to 48 hours!

* Cancellations: We require one weeks notice for all cancellations.

Order Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $25.00

Restricted and Title III equipment requires a formal request from the Chief of Police on department letterhead. We reserve the right to decide who is, and is not, approved for rental privileges.
