2.4 GHz WIRELESS SOLAR POWERED CAMERA W/BUILT-IN MOTION ACTIVATION
There are numerous wireless cameras on the market, but while they do
transmit to receivers wirelessly, they still need to be plugged in to an
electrical outlet for power. But this 2.4 GHz Wireless Solar Powered Camera
w/Built-in Motion Activation is a truly wireless camera, receiving all of its
required energy from the sun. With no wires to run, this camera installs easily,
providing security and convenience in a simple, economical manner.
When the camera's PIR motion sensor detects motion, images and voices are
transmitted. Upon receiving these signals, the receiver beeps twice, and the LED
flashes for one minute, so you'll know when to record or to view on your TV or
monitor. The actual transmission time is adjustable for 10, 20, 30 or 40
seconds, but the camera will continue to transmit as long as the PIR sensor is
triggered.
The 2.4 GHz Wireless Solar Powered Camera w/Built-in Motion Activation's solar
panel uses the sun's rays to run and maintain a charge to the camera battery
during daylight hours. A negligible amount of energy is released by the
long-life rechargeable battery to operate the camera at night. While the camera
will work after sunset, it requires a minimum light of 3 Lux to capture images.
Mount the camera in any convenient location that gets ample direct sunlight. You
can adjust the camera's view angle in any direction, and the PIR motion sensor
will sense movement up to 26 feet away. Connect a time-lapse VCR or one of our
digital video recorders (sold separately) for constant image capturing,
ideal for when you're away from home or office. |
