FACT SHEET: DPL-IMAGE CAPTURE CAMERA (DPL-ICC)

The DPL-ICC is a unique, affordable Image Capture camera and Video Surveillance camera in one product. It can be used to capture and retain up to 680 images or it can be used as a real-time video surveillance camera.  It has 6 IR LEDs that allow it to capture images or video at night.

To use the DPL-ICC as a motion activated Image Capture camera simply connect the camera to the power supply, turn the camera on, then turn on capture mode with the remote control. To see the images captured, connect the camera to any TV or monitor with an RCA video-in connector then review each image that include a time & date stamp. You can transfer the images to a VCR or DVR for permanent record keeping.

The easy-to-use setup menu can be accessed when the camera is connected to a TV or monitor. From this menu you can delete images and modify the image capture settings. The settings include; saving or overwriting images when the memory is full, adjusting the time between image captures when it detects motion, adjusting the number of continuous images it captures when it detects motion, adjusting the sensitivity of the motion sensor and more. The remote control has an emergency button that can be pushed when you hear an intruder, this overrides these settings and causes the camera to take an image every second.

When connected to a TV or monitor the DPL-ICC can be used as a video surveillance camera. You don't need to waste hours of video tape because you can enable the image capture mode while watching the cameras view at the same time, even if you miss seeing someone or thing on the monitor the camera will capture the image for you.

If you want or need to record what the video camera sees just attach the camera to a VCR, DVR, or any other recording device with an RCA connector.
