These are non-flammable, non-ozone depleting and environmentally safe products. The effective ranges are up to 8 feet. The ½ ounce holster unit contains approximately 38 ½ second sprays. Upon contact, the red pepper causes an immediate involuntary swelling of the mucus membrane.
